Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (codenamed Rincon) was released by Microsoft in October 2006. The most significant new features are drag and drop tab reordering, page zooming, tabbed browsing, the search box, feed reader, better internationalization, and improved support for popular web standards. Now, you can move your tabs around with the mouse easily and position them as you would like. Internet Explorer 7.0 shipped as the default browser in Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. With this version, Internet Explorer was renamed from Microsoft Internet Explorer to Windows Internet Explorer as part of the new Microsoft’s rebranding policy.
